IT Support

A short play by Emma Burton, written for and performed at the 2007 One Act Wonders at the CornerHouse.

Have you ever had one of those days when nothing wants to work? The coffee machine's broken, the new employee is late, the computer is being uncooperative and, to top it all off, it's Monday. And then you realise you've run-over your secretary's cat.

Set an uncertain distance into the future, IT Support looks at a world where the computers have gotten smarter, but everything else is pretty much the same.
